My mother LOVES crafts. I enjoy taking part when someone pays for all of the supplies - but otherwise I don't seek out crafty type things on my own. Enter Ukranian Easter Eggs. My mother thought they were really neat but didn't like how hers turned out so she forced asked me to make them for her.
I've been making them over the past 5 or 6 years. Basically I look for designs I like in the books my mom has and then I try to copy them.
I always have fun making them - I just wish I had more patience for the project :)
